4 PAPER or CANVAS?
Robust canvas prints, using fade-resistant ink, and a protective film layer, can last up to 150 years with proper care. Unlike cheaper paper, canvas is also less susceptible to yellowing, fading, creasing, and damage.
Without needing expensive, heavy glass frames for protection. Plus they're also available stretcher framed, ready to hang on your wall.
5 PACKING
All our artworks are sent rolled, in a hard tube, for extra protection. Framed one's are carefully flat packed.
6 CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / RETURNS
The maximum window for cancellations is 1 hour after the order was placed because we automate and custom print on demand to maintain quality and longevity.
We usually do not Refund goods once sold. As each piece is individually produced on demand enhancing its freshness and longevity.
However we are happy to send you a new poster if you received one that was damaged. In which case please send us a photo via email within 7 days. Returning the item within 30 days of your purchase in its tube at your cost convenience.
Please email info@posterama.co to request a new poster and return the one you have.
EXCEPTIONS
In exceptional cases, please email us, and we will do our best to help. If it involves a Return & Refund, a 30% settlement processing fee will be deducted from your refund for the time, effort and cost involved.
Please note we are also unable to refund the original shipping fee you paid, as this was paid to the shipper. Thank you for being understanding.
