IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES:

1 If no one's home, it's returned to us after 5 days, so please call your nearest post office with the tracking number.

2 'Shipping fees' do not include international taxes or duties. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any possible duties or taxes. If applicable, the recipient will have to pay this.

Depending on the country (EU for example), there is often a tariff of 5-18% of the total amount and a brokerage/ handling fee.

3 Due to restrictions & delays we do not ship to Russia & China for now. Please email us to see if an exception is possible.
