2 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?

Orders take 2- 4 biz days to process posters.

Add 1-3 days for framed options.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES:

1 If no one's home, it's returned to us after 5 days, so please call your nearest post office with the tracking number.

2 'Shipping fees' do not include international taxes or duties. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any possible duties or taxes. If applicable, the recipient will have to pay this. Depending on the country (EU for example), there is often a tariff of 5-18% of the total amount and a brokerage/ handling fee.

3 Due to restrictions & delays we do not ship to Russia & China for now. Please email us to see if an exception is possible.

4 SHOULD I PICK PAPER or CANVAS?

Higher quality canvas prints with a protective film layer, can last well over 200 years and longer with proper care.

Unlike paper, canvas is also less susceptible to yellowing, fading, creasing, and damage.

Without needing expensive, heavy glass frames for protection. They're also available stretcher framed, ready to hang on your wall.

Importantly if you live in a place with extreme heat and / or rain you should only choose hardier canvas.

5 HOW DO YOU PACK EACH ARTWORK?

All our artworks are sent rolled, in a hard tube, for extra protection. Framed one's are carefully flat packed.

6 WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION / REFUND & RETURN POLICIES?

The maximum window for cancellations is 1 hour after the order was placed because we automate and custom print on demand to maintain quality and longevity.

We usually do not Refund goods once sold. As each piece is individually produced on demand enhancing its freshness and longevity.

However we are happy to send you a new poster if you received one that was damaged. In which case please send us a photo via email within 7 days. Returning the item within 30 days of your purchase in its tube is at your cost & convenience.

Please email info@posterama.co to request a new poster and return the one you have.

EXCEPTIONS

In exceptional cases, please email us, and we will of course do our best to help you. If it involves a Return & Refund, a 25% settlement processing fee will be deducted from your refund for the time, effort and cost involved. After you have shipped it back to us.

Please note we are unable to refund the original shipping fee you paid, as this was paid to the shipper.

7 HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please Track your parcel through the Shipper (website) emailed to you.

You can also call your nearest post office with the tracking number for the most updated information, any delivery changes, and also to stop them shipping it back to us.
